The X-TRA House of Music offers a uniquely continuous music experience throughout Switzerland and houses a music ecosystem under one roof in the heart of Zurich.

Event Location in the Heart of Zurich

Located in the heart of Zurich, the X-TRA is an event location that is both versatile and multifaceted. The large halls and rooms are characterized by their flexibility and almost limitless possibilities. From 100 to 1800 people, the up to seven event rooms offer ample space.

The building, designed in the Bauhaus style, is a synthesis of history and modernity and has shone in new splendor in the premises of the X-TRA since its renovation in 2017. Flexible seating arrangements for the entire event location are possible, and it is equipped with professional event facilities including WiFi, high-speed internet connection, sound and lighting technology, screens, projectors, meeting equipment, and more. A stage in the large hall completes the offering.

For those who wish for a worry-free package or need help with individual planning and work steps, we offer support with event planning and management in addition to the event infrastructure. We can provide our clients at X-TRA with everything from in-house catering, decoration, to technology all from one source.

Catering

With passion and creativity, we implement your ideas, supported by our long-standing expertise in the area of X-TRA catering. Our gastro and kitchen team, led by Erik Trautmann and our head chef Hausi Burgener, put a lot of passion into creating a customized culinary overall concept for you. It includes first-class menus and appropriate drink accompaniments, whether it's finger food with cold and warm snacks or a gala menu including the right wine pairing.
