What to expect?
The goal of the construction challenge is to plan and execute construction projects as a team. Under the guidance of experts, you and your team will face various tasks that require both your craft skills and strategic planning. The tasks are diverse and can be tailored to the needs and goals of your team.

The construction challenge promotes collaboration and communication within the team. Each team member contributes their strengths and helps ensure the project's success. Overcoming the challenges together will strengthen team dynamics and cohesion, as well as foster problem-solving skills and creativity.
Process of the construction challenge
- Welcome and introduction: At the start of the event, you will be warmly welcomed and receive an introduction to the tasks and objectives of the construction challenge.
- Team division and task assignment: Your team will be divided into smaller groups, each receiving a specific construction task. You will predefine the preferred disciplines, for example:
- Mini-excavator agility test
- Driving a Huki
- Partition wall construction
- Sewer pipe installation
- Building a Fröbelturm
- Planning and implementation: During the planning phase, the teams develop their strategies and carry out their construction projects. They have access to various materials and tools.
- Presentation and evaluation: Finally, the teams present their constructions to a jury. The best projects are awarded, and the winning team is crowned.

The construction challenge can be organized for groups of 20 to 250 participants. Ideally, combine the event with a cozy meal or other catering services to perfect the day.
