At the heart of my work are you: your love, your connection, and your wishes. Do you dream of a ceremony in nature, on a boat, or in a romantic castle? No limits to your imagination! Whether classic, modern, non-religious, or with elements of your culture or religion — we will shape the ceremony exactly to your wishes. Even if you already have a child, I can incorporate a welcome celebration into your wedding.
A free wedding gives you the freedom to shape your ceremony as you like — without rigid rules or guidelines. You do not declare yourselves before an institution but before the people who are most important to you. Together, we will create a ceremony as individual as your love.
About me
Born and raised in a small village in the Canton of Zurich, I inherited my love of words from my father, a journalist. In 2009, I met my husband Thomas and moved to Thurgau. Our own wedding, a free ceremony, deeply touched and inspired me. This special moment led me to pursue my professional path as a freelance wedding officiant.
After the birth of my two daughters, I completed training as a freelance wedding officiant in 2016. Since then, I have had the pleasure of guiding numerous couples and narrating their unique love stories. It is a heartfelt matter for me to capture the feelings of a couple with fitting words and to create unforgettable ceremonies.
Ghostwriting
Not everyone is a born speaker, but that's no problem! If you as witnesses, parents, or friends want to give a speech and need support with writing, I am happy to help. Whether a wedding speech or wedding vows — I craft the appropriate words that suit you and the occasion exactly. Even if I am not your wedding officiant, you can use my ghostwriting service independently. Just contact me, and we will create a speech together that honors this special moment.
Children's Welcome Party
If you already have a child and want to celebrate with a welcome party, a so-called free baptism or naming ceremony offers you the opportunity to welcome your child among your loved ones — without religious requirements. The celebration can be designed as individually and happily as suits you and your child. You can celebrate at any location and even designate godparents to accompany your child on their journey. I am happy to combine the children's celebration with your free wedding to create a special day for the whole family.
