Rustic Charm and Artistic Ambiance
The Green Oasis
The cultural center Synergy Village is located in close proximity to Lake Zurich and features a spacious estate on the grounds of a former farm. Surrounded by idyllic gardens and artistic structures, here you can find 300-year-old houses. The magical grotto is considered the highlight. The venue, with its rustic-artistic ambiance, is suitable for hosting weddings, seminars, workshops, team outings, staff events, as well as club and corporate events. Please note that the venue is not available for private parties except weddings.
Upper Floor Hayloft
The upper part of the barn includes the two rooms “Shüür” and “Studio,” as well as the adjacent terrace.
Large room “Shüür,” approx. 120 m2, up to 100 people, open and unheated
Small room “Studio,” approx. 40 m2, up to 20 people, heated with wood stove
Terrace outdoors, approx. 100 m2, up to 100 people
Noise Regulations: Background music is only permitted in the “Shüür” and on the terrace. Music is allowed in the “Studio,” provided there is nothing audible outside.
Ground Floor Barn
The lower part of the barn includes the “Art Gallery” and the adjacent “Garden of Eden.”

Noise Regulations: The art gallery is enclosed and therefore suitable for louder activities, e.g., party rooms.
Outdoor-Bereich
Eine Vielzahl von Aussenbereichen, die sich rund um die Eventlocation befinden, stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Zu diesen Bereichen gehören die Grotte, der Aussichtspunkt, die Obstbaum-Wiese und der Eingangsbereich vor der Scheune. Diese Plätze können exklusiv für einen bestimmten Zeitraum genutzt werden, beispielsweise für eine Zeremonie oder einen Apéro. Die Aussenbereiche Garten Eden mit Feuerstelle und Terrasse sind den jeweiligen Räumen zugeordnet (siehe oben).
