Das Bohemia wurde 1999 als eines der ersten Restaurants mit eigener Micro Coffee-Roastery eröffnet. Es wurde für seinen kolonialen Stil und das ungezwungene Ambiente genauso geliebt, wie für den stadtbekannten Weekend-Brunch. 12 Jahre später wurde das Bohemia einer Totalsanierung unterzogen und präsentiert sich neu im American-Brasserie-Stil.
