Hellmut - Songs in Dialect, with plenty of poetry

Hellmut does not see himself as an entertainer, but rather as a storyteller. "I seek the reactions of the audience; interaction with the audience is very important to me. My songs tell of observations, of situations that have touched me emotionally. They are feelings like misunderstanding, empathy, shock, joy, etc., that inspire me to write." Depending on the occasion, Hellmut performs solo with a pianist, as a trio with piano and double bass, or with a full band. The beauty of his songs is that they can reach the audience just as well in the smallest circle as on a large stage: precisely dialect with content.
