Catering, Aperitif- & Party Service or Grill Party
Good advice, fine products, and friendly service are the foundation of our party service. This allows us to offer you your "Open House Day" with 1000 guests or a wedding meal within a close family circle and tailor it to your needs.
We master cooking, baking, frying, braising, smoking, and deglazing as well as grilling or wok cooking. Whether table service or self-service, in a circus tent or in the canteen, on the mountain or on the ship – you set the scene and we offer our options.
Our party service team consists of chefs, bakers-confectioners, confectioner-gingerbread bakers, and butchers who can prepare Asian dishes for you, but also create a "Zürich-style sliced meat" or "Alpine Makkaroni".
