Guidelines for the placement of entries on www.eventbutler.ch, www.eventbutler.com

We are pleased that you are interested in an entry on our websites. As a provider of an event location, service or event idea for the event industry, you have the opportunity to present yourself professionally and directly to the target group, the organizers of events, on the event portal.

You can make entries directly online by opening a user account and clicking on "Enter entry". Over 4,000 entries are available in the EventButler offer pool, which have been selected and included through extensive research and according to various quality criteria.

It is very important to us to keep the quality of EventButler high in the future and to provide our customers and users with an efficient and useful tool to simplify event organization. For you as a provider, we do everything we can to offer you an attractive platform where you can present your services to the public.

For these reasons, there are some guidelines. We ask you to read these and comply with them:

  • Please enter all content and categories truthfully and present yourself authentically
  • Your location or service must be in Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein or Austria
  • Your entry must include services for groups and be bookable for events
  • To be listed on EventButler, your entry must offer added value for the event industry. The editorial team at EventButler decides which orders are accepted
  • Please only use your own content and images where you own the copyright or have permission from the author
  • Only use meaningful images without advertising elements/lettering etc. in high quality
  • Create your entry in such a way that it is geared towards the needs of event organizers
  • Describe your offer as fully as possible so that you can be found by event planners
  • Keep your details up to date and update your entry regularly
  • No integrated URL addresses are permitted in the entry text

All entries are checked for quality and correctness by the EventButler team before they are activated. In the event of non-compliance with the above guidelines, we reserve the right to adjust incorrect details or reject entries. The EventButler team will carry out regular quality and up-to-dateness checks and will remove inactive entries from the offer for quality reasons. We will of course inform you in all cases.

Guidelines for users

Comment guidelines for event organizers, users and visitors of EventButler

It is very important to us that all information on EventButler is up-to-date, correct and useful for you, so that we can provide you with the best possible support in organizing your event. For these reasons, the EventButler team makes great efforts and undertakes various measures which are of benefit to you as a user.

A major goal of ours is to keep the event portal up-to-date, "alive" and authentic. For this reason, we have launched the EventBlog, where EventButler James regularly reports on current event offers and also provides you with numerous tips and tricks. The EventBlog also gives you the opportunity to like James' articles, comment on them or forward them to colleagues using the comment function.

Another important part of EventButler is the comment function for the individual entries in the locations, service providers and event ideas categories. The event portal should be "lively" and we would be delighted if you would share your own event experiences with the EventButler community.

There are a few guidelines to follow so that we can provide all EventButler customers and users with an authentic and useful tool to simplify event organization.

The comment function is intended to facilitate an objective discussion, which may also be critical and emotional. The e-mail address will not be published and will only be stored in connection with the comment. There is no entitlement to publication.
