Restaurant Iris is located in the heart of the Merian Gardens, in the newly renovated Neue Scheune. This historic building, originally constructed in 1906, was meticulously restored and now offers a modern yet charming setting for the restaurant and various events. The surrounding gardens invite you to linger and provide the perfect place to leave everyday life behind and unwind.

Villa Merian (per room 20 people, up to 120 people)
The historic villa, nestled within the beautiful Merian Gardens, provides an incomparable ambiance for your occasion. Whether a seminar, team-building workshop, or meeting with your club, the different rooms of Villa Merian offer space for various group sizes, a peaceful environment for concentration, and the best infrastructure to ensure your event is successful and productive. We are also pleased to offer culinary support for your event, including options from hors d'oeuvres in the greenery to an exquisite dinner.
Neue Scheune with Restaurant Iris and the Large Hall (up to 250 seated guests + standing room options in the garden)
The Neue Scheune, the heart of the Merian Gardens, features a large hall and foyer, making it the perfect location for large banquets, receptions, panel discussions, and business events. Wheelchair access and modern amenities make this venue ideal for any kind of celebration.
Lehmhaus (up to 150 people)
The Lehmhaus, built in 2012, is an architectural masterpiece with walls made of solid clay. It offers a natural, tranquil, and private space for your events. The large hall, which can be divided into smaller areas, and the spacious terrace overlooking fruit trees and meadows create an inspiring setting.
Orangerie (up to 80 people)
The Orangerie, built around 1850 and lovingly restored, offers a stylish, light-filled room with views into the medicinal herb garden. This historic location is perfect for inspiring workshops, seminars, or private celebrations. The atmosphere of the Orangerie encourages wandering thoughts and inspiration from the surrounding nature.
Greenhouses (up to approx. 150 people)
The greenhouses exude a unique atmosphere where industrial charm and nature blend perfectly. These spaces are suitable for large celebrations and are especially popular in the summer months. The interplay of glass, steel, and the surrounding nature creates a unique mood, making your event unforgettable. Greenhouses are available from June to the end of September.
