MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
Our philosophy – by combining multiple basic modules, we achieve approximately the desired living space for each customer. As seen with the basic modules, we offer several standard sizes of modules that can be built as independent units up to a usable area of 30 m2. For sizes starting from 30 m2, we use our basic modules as building blocks and combine different sizes to achieve the desired living space that our customers want. The math is very simple. Take the number of basic modules and add them up to reach the desired area.
Module width: 2.5 - 3.5 meters
Module length: 6.6 meters or 12.5 meters
Commercial modules: 100 m2 to 200 m2, starting price from CHF 1,800.- / m2
