Before Mars is a strategic team event that is conducted over 4 quarters with 5 rounds each. In each round, every team aims to collect as many resources as possible, which can be used to transport rockets to Mars. Only then can the overall goal be achieved and the survival of humanity secured. Each launched rocket earns the team reputation points. These can be collected or used for the common good. Only the team with the most reputation points is allowed to govern the future Mars colony. Does this influence decision-making within the teams? No easy challenge.
